Specializing in ADHD, Anxiety & Stress, & Life Transitions
Overthinking. Indecision. Overwhelm. Self-doubt.
These have been with you for so long, it might feel like they are you.
But they’re not.
You’ve read all the books, bought the planners, second-guessed every decision. But nothing has stuck. I work with clients who are ready for a change - even if they’re not sure what that change looks like yet. The thing is, you don’t have to have the perfect words. I’ll meet you with curiosity as you share your stories, experiences, and disappointments. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you from living a life that feels like yours.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, or a major life transition, we’ll focus on your strengths, your goals, and the life that feels right for you. Along the way, we’ll make space for deeper self-understanding and more honest connection - with yourself and with the people who matter most.
There’s more to your story—and we’ll uncover it together.
I help clients explore the stories that have shaped them - and move toward the changes they want. I have specialized training in Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, these two approaches create space for both reflection and action. Narrative therapy helps you understand why you think or feel a certain way. It focuses on the beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you - especially those rooted in past experiences or messages you’ve internalized over time. It operates on the idea that you are not the problem - the problem is the problem. While we may look to the past, the goal is to rewrite your story in ways that open more empowering possibilities. Solution-Focused Therapy helps you clarify what you want and begin moving toward that change - even as you continue to untangle the story behind it. It centers on your strengths and your goals. Rather than analyzing the problem in depth, we’ll focus on what’s already working and identify small, meaningful steps that move you toward your goals.
I’m good at seeing the big picture - especially when you’re stuck or caught on one detail. I ask questions that help you recognize that you have options, even when your brain insists you don’t. When you’re overwhelmed or ruminating over a past mistake, I can help you break things down so change feels manageable - not paralyzing. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. That might mean brainstorming possibilities, role-playing a tough conversation, or problem-solving ways to move forward on something that matters to you. You’ll feel supported - but also challenged to consider new perspectives and reconnect with what’s most important to you.
But there are some things therapy training can’t teach…
I’ve learned a lot from my education and clinical training - but some of the most meaningful lessons have come from my own lived experience. I know what it’s like when your story starts to feel too small, too heavy, or no longer true. I’ve walked through divorce and the complexities of building a blended family. I’ve changed careers and wrestled with identity. I’ve faced moments of uncertainty, unsure what came next - and I’ve learned what it means to choose your next step with intention.
I’m also a proud, loving, and supportive parent of queer children. I share this because it’s a part of who I am, as a mom and as a human.
And that experience continues to shape me: it’s taught me the importance of listening deeply, holding space without judgment, and creating safety in every relationship - especially when someone feels misunderstood or unseen.
These chapters in my own life influence how I show up in the therapy room: with empathy and respect for the stories people share with me. My goal is to be a supportive ally, someone who listens closely, reflects honestly, and walks beside you - no matter what you bring into our sessions.
